Welcome to Orvaana Path (accessible at staging.orvaanapath.com). By booking a consultation or accessing our advisory services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Scope of Advisory Services

Orvaana Path provides strategic business alignment, career guidance, relationship compatibility analysis, and numerological consulting. All sessions are delivered as 1-on-1 private appointments conducted online via video conferencing platforms (Google Meet or Zoom).

2. Scheduling & Appointments

• Clients select their appointment slot through our integrated calendar scheduling platform (Calendly) after completing payment.
• Sessions range from 30 to 60 minutes depending on the consultation selected.
• Appointments must be confirmed with accurate contact details and birth data (for numerological calculation models).

3. Code of Conduct & Confidentiality

Both consultant and client agree to conduct sessions with mutual respect and professionalism. Orvaana Path maintains a strict policy of non-disclosure regarding client discussions.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the guidelines regarding appointment rescheduling, cancellations, and refunds:

1. Rescheduling Guidelines

We understand schedules can change. Clients may reschedule their consultation appointment without any penalty by giving at least 24 hours advance notice prior to the scheduled session time via Calendly or WhatsApp (+91 9232518664).

2. Cancellations & Refunds

• Prior to Preparation (More than 24 hours): If a cancellation is requested at least 24 hours before the appointment time, a full refund will be processed back to the original payment source within 5–7 business days.
• Within 24 Hours / No-Show: Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours prior or instances where the client does not join the scheduled video call without prior notice are non-refundable, as specific preparation and reserved calendar time are allocated.
• Post-Consultation: Once an advisory consultation has taken place, the service is considered fully delivered and consumed. No refunds will be issued once the session is completed.

Privacy & Data Policy

At Orvaana Path, protecting client confidentiality is our highest priority.

1. Data We Collect

We only collect personal information necessary to deliver customized advisory consultations: Name, Email address, Phone/WhatsApp number, Date of Birth, and session context details.

2. How Your Data Is Handled

• Your birth data and personal details are used strictly for numerological calculations and consultation chart preparation.
• Zero Session Recording Policy: To ensure complete peace of mind, consultation calls are strictly 1-on-1 private video meetings and are not recorded.
• We do not sell, rent, or distribute client information to third-party marketing companies under any circumstances.

3. Payment Security

Payments are processed using PCI-DSS compliant secure payment aggregators (Razorpay / PayPal). Orvaana Path never stores or has access to your credit card, debit card, UPI PIN, or bank credentials.
